    For a 7 day rental, all items are completely free of charge, with the goal of reducing barriers for students in professional atmospheres.

    Collect and return items in the CUS lounge in the 2nd floor of the Henry Angus building on a school day of your choice between 12:20-12:30pm.

  • Efficiency

    Upon placing your order, we will reach out within one to two business days with detailed pickup instructions.

    Orders not picked up on the designated date may be cancelled.

  • Strategic Partnerships

    All of our garments are professionally and routinely dry-cleaned by Fletchers Fabricare, guaranteeing sustainable cleaning practices.

Can I donate garments to SauderSuitsUp?

Certainly! Feel free to reach out through our contact form or via Instagram. This initiative is made possible thanks to funding from the CUS and the generous support of UBC Sauder Alumni.

Is there a deposit policy?

Yes, we must enforce a deposit policy for security purposes. 50$ or a formal piece of identification.

When are pickups usually scheduled?

Monday to Friday, between 12:20-12:30 PM at the CUS storage room in the basement of the Henry Angus building. However, we are able to accommodate a different time within the week based on your needs.

Can I try on different items or sizes on pick-up day?

Absolutely! You can have a look at the rest of our collection on pick up day and finalize your order.

What are the payment methods?

We only accept cash on pick up.

There is an ATM in the Henry Angus building only minutes away from the pickup location!
